This study critically evaluates the role of digital governance (e-governance) in transforming public service delivery within developing democracies. As nations transition toward digital ecosystems, e-governance has become a cornerstone of transparency, accountability, and citizen-centric governance. This research explores how information and communication technologies (ICTs) have reshaped the administrative landscape by enhancing accessibility, efficiency, and citizen engagement. Through a mixed-methods analysis incorporating case studies from India, Kenya, and Brazil, the study investigates the effectiveness, challenges, and socio-political implications of e-governance adoption. Findings reveal that digital governance significantly improves service delivery outcomes, yet its success depends on infrastructural readiness, digital literacy, and institutional support. The study concludes with policy recommendations for strengthening digital ecosystems and ensuring equitable access to e-services.
